Reporting Student Absences

Attendance is taken for each period (block) in Secondary School, even for the Learn at Home program. If your child is absent or going to be absent from their Learn at Home classes, please call or email before 8:30 a.m.

and leave a message that includes:

  • Your child’s name-first and last
  • Date of absence
  • Reason for absence (if ill, please clarify if there are COVID symptoms)
  • Length of absence-part/all/multiple day(s)
  • Your name/relationship to student

You may also wish to email the teacher but you MUST report first to the office.
